Now more than ever, people understand why it’s important to choose organic. But why choose organic fabric?
It’s better for your health: Free of toxic pesticides & insecticides
Conventionally grown cotton uses more insecticides and pesticides than any other crop in the world. These chemicals cannot simply be washed out! If you average 8 hours of sleep per night, that’s at least 8 hours of skin contact per day.
No GMO’s
Organic cotton begins with natural seeds instead of genetically modified seeds. Modified seeds are developed so the plants will be more resistant to bugs, but this eventually leads to more pesticides use down the line as the bugs evolve and grow stronger.

It’s free of other harmful chemicals
Chemicals and dyes used in conventionally grown cotton are toxic: chemicals like chlorine and formaldehyde. Even after washing, residues can cause serious skin allergies. Organic cotton is hypoallergenic, and will not cause skin irritation.

It produces the softest cotton in the world!
Organic cotton tends to be softer because it grows in more nutrient rich soil. Insecticides zap the nutrients out of the soil and lead to unhealthy crops, affecting the purity and length of the cotton fibers
It’s Eco-friendly, and safer for people
Chemicals and pesticides used in conventional cotton production can contaminate the water supply and put ecosystems at risk. Organic cotton production only uses natural minerals that are safe for the environment, never pesticides or harmful chemicals.
